b963be7ee8 AP_HAL_ChibiOS: Add on-board baro support to iFlight BeastH7 V2 target. 
iFlight's own website says that there is no barometer on this device,
however on my one there is a DPS310 connected on I2C.  This PR adds
support for the on-board baro but leaves it as optional.

e73f868fc0 HAL_ChibiOS: disable fatal exceptions for DMA errors 
this zeros-watchdog was caused by a SPI DMA error on STM32F405:

  https://discuss.ardupilot.org/t/crash-with-4-2-0-beta-and-4-3-0-daily-bdshot/83297

we had incorrectly left these internal errors enabled when asserts
were not enabled. That led to a osalSysHalt()

without these we get an spi_fail internal error, caught by the
SPIDevice code

b0c3fae662 AP_HAL_ChibiOS: add support for NucleoH755 board 
This addition allows for cheap testing of a STM32H755 (dual core). This borrows the setup file STM32H757xx.py, as there are almost no changes between the chips. CRSF in and out, gps, ICM20948, BMP388, settings saving to on board flash all working.

392e80001f HAL_ChibiOS: fixed H7 flash storage 
this fixes the flash re-init problem when flash storage fills on
H7. It was caused by rejecting writes where one or more of the 32 byte
chunks was not all 0xff but was equal to the current data. That
happens when writing to the sector header in AP_FlashStorage

it also moves the interrupt disable inside the loop to allow for
other interrupts to run between blocks

a0c867bce7 HAL_ChibiOS: disable interrupts during flash operations 
we have now shown that interrupts being enabled during flash
operations can cause the infamous "68ms" bug, or watchdog when using a
32 bit timer on boards using flash for storage

The issue is quite repeatable with a load of a very large waypoint
file (over 500 waypoints) using "wp ftpload" in MAVProxy. This puts a
huge load on flash storage.

Our current working theory is that while doing flash writes for
storage on dual-bank we block access to only one bank, so if another
thread uses a timeout function with a short timeout while the flash
write is happening and chVTDoTickI calls code which crosses the flash
bank boundary then it can cause chVTDoTickI to violate the assumption
that no more than CH_CFG_ST_DELTA ticks pass while it is calculating
the value to set in the system timer. In that case we get a delay of a
full timer wrap, which is 68ms on boards with 16 bit timer and 70
minutes on boards with 32 bit timer

this doesn't actually allow you to specify a default, despite the name
and a couple of hwdefs trying to use it that way.

This would have stopped being useful when we did the
compass-prority-table stuff - or before.

de273fb76d hwdef: fixed f405-MatekGPS storage location and CAN 
this allows for CAN firmware update using f405-MatekGPS bootloader by
fixing a typo, then moves storage to allow the bootloader with can to
fit on the board

this will allow CAN update of peripheral firmware for Matek GPS and
airspeed sensors

1236474cfb HAL_ChibiOS: give an error if STORAGE_FLASH_PAGE overflash flash 
when storage is between the bootloader and main program flash then the
flash size available to the bootloader needs to stop at the sector for
the storage flash.

Similarly, if storage is at the end of flash, then total flash size
needs to be limit

this ensures we don't try to build a firmware that encroaches on
program space

6a2303f72d hwdef: enable telem3 (SERIAL5) TX on Pix32v5 
this is now safe as we disable the TX/RX pins on ports with
SERIALn_PROTOCOL = -1

as this board defaults to protocol -1 for SERIAL5, we can enable this
if the user wishes to use telem3

b77580f934 HAL_ChibiOS: avoid an issue with DCache init on H743 
this fixes an issue found by Andy Piper where the H743 bootloader gets
a hard fault in the DCache enable code when SRAM1 is primary memory.

This is the simplest fix I could think of, and avoids the problem by
making DTCM the first segment in the bootloader.

Note that we can't use DTCM as first segment for main firmware since
we went to double precision EKF as the static variables don't fit

39f44147b8 HAL_ChibiOS: reduce the impact of UART DMA contention 
this changes the heuristics for UART TX DMA allocation to greatly
reduce the chances of DMA contention causing long delays on other
devices

This fixes issues with FETTec driver output and gimbal status messages
as reported by Amilcar and OlliW. The problem is particularly bad when
no GPS is connected to GPS1 on fmuv3 and derived boards (such as
CubeBlack)

key changes:

 - remember the contention_counter across begin() calls, as the GPS
   calls begin with new baudrates regularly

 - added a is_shared() API to Shared_DMA, allowing the UART driver to
   avoid TX DMA on shared streams when at low baudrates.

531ca4289e HAL_ChibiOS: switch to minimum scheduling delta of 10us 
this avoids an issue with the ChibiOS 20.3 virtual timer
implementation that can result in a scheduling slip equal to the
system timer period.

Andy has been suggesting this change for a while. I resisted it as I
thought it would impact on soft-serial parsing, but it turns out it
doesn't.

eca8cf3414 HAL_ChibiOS: save flash on boards that are critically low 
move to single OSD font on some boards

this saves about 12k on these boards. They were also extremely close
to overflowing flash, under 2k on some

Now that we support having an OSD font on the microSD card (where
available) we can reduce built in fonts without a large functionality
impact

This also disables some less used features on these boards:

 - generator support
 - object avoidance path planning
 - precision landing

This will give us some breathing room on these boards

ca948171fe HAL_ChibiOS: fixed ADC error on revXY STM32H7 boards 
with the new ChibiOS revision we were configuring for newer revisions
of the H7, which meant that we changed the ADC config. This broke ADC
readings on revX and revY H7 MCUs.

This PR fixes it in two ways:

 1) change ChibiOS config to assume XY config chips

 2) use 16 bit ADC for H7, which means the chip rev doesn't matter,
    and also gives us 16x the resolution for ADC readinga, so we can
    read smaller voltage and current values

9de1519928 HAL_ChibiOS: prevent hw flow control from hogging a DMA channel 
When hw flow control is enabled check the CTS pin before we grab the
DMA channel to prevent a long timeout trying to send to a blocked port
from holding a DMA channel against another device

the STM32H7 has 64k of ITCM memory at address zero. We allow
allocation of everything except the first 1024 bytes. This checks for

46976c4358 HAL_ChibiOS: fixed remapping of ioline_t with BRD_ALT_CONFIG 
when a peripheral is made available via BRD_ALT_CONFIG we need to
remap the existing ioline_t in the UART and I2C drivers to use the new
pin.

This fixes an issue with half-duplex, inverted, swapped UART pins for
protocols like FPort and FPort2

ea71b72c87 HAL_ChibiOS: fixed issue with I2C4 on H743 
when both I2C4 and SPI4 are active on a H743 I found that some BDMA
completion interrupts were lost, which resulted in SPI transfer
timeouts. Close inspection of the ChibiOS BDMA, I2Cv3 and SPIv3
drivers did not reveal any issues, but I found that the issue only
happened when the first 4 BDMA streams were used. This change splits
the 4 streams across the first and 2nd half of the BDMA controller,
and that fixes the problem.

This works as there are only 2 peripherals (I2C4 and SPI6) that want
to use BDMA with our current setup. If we ever wish to enable ADC3
(which also uses BDMA) we will need to revisit this issue

d35fff5186 HAL_ChibiOS: set CS pins high while in bootloader 
this appears to be the root cause of the parameter resets on
CubeOrange. We need to ensure the CS pin is not floating or random
noise on the SPI bus for FRAM can cause the FRAM to become corrupt
