5e09553449 Tools: remove trailing white spaces from output of generate_manifest 
Explicitly set the seperators of the json.dumps call. Some versions of
the library in combination with set indent parameter create output that
contains quite a lot of trailing white spaces.

49314b2b86 Tools: build_autotest.sh: install pymavlink after MAVProxy 
Currently installing MAVProxy pulls pymavlink in as a dependency, so we
end up running whatever MAVProxy's master branch is pointing to
(currently pymavlink>=2.3.3).

ardupilot master can reference a pymavlink commit which is not part of
whatever MAVProxy's master branch is pointing to, so we end up with
failures like this in autotest:

  fly.ArduCopter:
    Mount (Test Camera/Antenna Mount) ('module' object has no attribute 'MAV_CMD_DO_SET_ROI_SYSID') (see /mnt/volume_nyc3_01/autotest/APM/buildlogs/ArduCopter-Mount.txt)
    FixedYawCalibration (Test Fixed Yaw Calibration) ('module' object has no attribute 'MAV_CMD_FIXED_MAG_CAL_YAW') (see /mnt/volume_nyc3_01/autotest/APM/buildlogs/ArduCopter-FixedYawCalibration.txt)

If we install pymavlink after installing MAVProxy we should end up with
the pymavlink messages generated from the messages in our mavlink
subdirectory, rather that the pymavlink messages shipped as part of the
pymavlink pip release.

5f8b7e990e autotest: make scripts directory relative to CWD 
This is where the library is expecting to find the scripts directory.

The existing setup assumes that autotest has been run from the root
directory - that's not always the case.  For example, the autotest
server starts everything one-up from the root directory.

c7aff4eb11 autotest: fixes for quadplane fft test 
recv_match's result is not iterable; it just gives you a single message.

printing the stacktrace when assigning to ex is tradition - we tend to
lose the stack traces otherwise

rebooting sitl is usually required if the context we've just popped had
a reboot in it (usually indicating a reboot-required parameter was set).
So I added a reboot after the context pop.

4c964dd89f autotest: param_parse.py: allow cr to exist on empty lines in prog_param 
This should fix parameter building on the Windows CI autotest.

We allow empty lines between @Param blocks and the parameter (and, in
fact, require it before multi-entry @GROUPINFOs like vectors).

The regex wasn't taking into account Windows will have \r\n on that empty
line rather than just \n

c4d282f05b autotest: param_parse.py: whitespace-only line is param block delimiter 
Several parameters were missing from the documentation because there was

Adds the dynamic harmonic notch filter and static notch filter to the Solo's default parameters.  PID tuning parameters for the green cube Solo adjusted to take advantage of the better control.

8f99262ffe Tools: CI: install MAVProxy from source rather than using pip 
Trying to get correct version of pymavlink (i.e. the one with messages
references in our mavlink repository)

As-is, if there is a pymavlink release after the one references in the
ardupilot repo, we don't pick up any new messages in the Python
bindings.

Remove 100 times message counter to improve magnetometer performance.

Tested and uavcan.equipment.ahrs.MagneticFieldStrength improves from 7msgs/sec to 75msgs/sec which is likely the output rate of the actual sensor.

bd50f288a1 Tools: autotest: get mavproxy to heartbeat at speedup rate 
This should resolve a race condition we have with guided position modes.

MAVProxy's heartbeat rate defaults to 1Hz.

When GCS failsafe is active on Copter because we're in GUIDED (or
GUIDED_NOGPS mode) we require a heartbeat every 5 seconds.  At speedup
8, we can only expect a heartbeat every 8 seconds of sim time.

We also only check for this heartbeat every 3 seconds - leading to this
awesome race condition.

e6bfbe5f07 Tools: autotest: fix initial mode switch position race 
Solves a race condition where an initial setting of mode via mavlink
could be overwritten by the vehicle polling the RC channels and changing
mode based on the new positions.

This will require each vehicle to specify the mode expected without an
RC inputs present and the expected mode once the RC defaults have been
installed.  These two modes will need to be different to eliminate the
race condition.

Adds Solo parameter files for  Copter 3.7 on both Cube Black and Cube
Green.  Updates the file names for the existing Solo Copter 3.6 and
