Andrew Tridgell 869e41fd03 AP_NavEKF: fixed detection of airspeed sensor
the get_airspeed() AHRS call can change as the user enables/disables
the airspeed sensor, plus it only gets enabled after the NavEKF
constructor runs.

Mike McCauley bd768a0c0c AP_HAL_FLYMAPLE RCOutput.cpp: enable_ch no longer resets servo
FLYMAPLERCOutput::enable_ch incorrectly reset the servo to 0, which caused
servo twitching once per second when RC_Channel_aux::enable_aux_servos
enabled each channel.

Andrew Tridgell 189d635493 AP_Compass: constrain compass offsets to +/- 2000
this is prompted by a user log showing NaN compass offsets, resulting
in a crash. The patch ensures we never end up with NaN offsets, and
also constrains the offsets to a reasonable limit

Andrew Tridgell 63910bf8cd DataFlash: work around a NuttX bug
the seek offset of files can get badly mucked up when it crosses
cluster boundaries. We need to fix this in NuttX, but meanwhile this
works around the bug. It seems that doing a lseek(fd, 0, SEEK_CUR)
fixes the seek offset in the file.

The bug seems to first happen at an offset of 315392. It also
doesn't happen every time - it is more likely to happen on the first
log download after booting

Andrew Tridgell 54562b0b9a AP_Compass: prevent bad initial values from affecting HMC5883 calibration
the first couple of values after we enter strap mode may be low, but
just above our 0.7 threshold. We now discard the first two values to
prevent these affecting the average.

Also added some commented out debug code and a comment on the scaling
of the calibration code

The old code relies on the action of the integrator to raise the nose above the minimum pitch angle which depending on the model and the tuning can be too slow to correct. Biasing the pitch angle to climbout minimum will reduce the taken before an overspeed condition is corrected.

this is an attempt to avoid microSD card corruption. The most common
corruption is two 'logs' directories, which may indicate an issue with
trying to create it a 2nd time.

Randy Mackay 5767aa47d9 AC_WPNav: reduce leash length for stopping
We now limit the target stopping point to 1x the xy leash length while
previously it was 2x.  This is justified because this limit is only used
when the copter is travelling at higher speeds but at higher speeds air
drag tends to make the copter stop more quickly naturally.

Randy Mackay a147eeb1e3 INav: degrade pos error slowly on loss of GPS
When GPS message is late by 100ms or we are glitching, degrade the GPS
vs inertial nav position error to 10% over 2 seconds instead of
immediately setting it to zero.  This avoids jumpy position estimates
when the GPS misses an update

Repurposed external gyro and made it multi-funcitonal.
required PWM on Ch8 to start the motor in RSC Mode moved up from 100 to 400. This is to facilitate two-stage switching of the motors with PWM>100 starting the tail motor, and PWM>400 starting the main motor.

Paul Riseborough 71de4ddcd0 AP_Airspeed : Fixes bug that caused airspeed calibration to be sent a zero airspeed
This bug resulted in the airspeed ratio going to the maximum value of 4 and staying there. This could lead to a very slow flying model and a stall.
