this adds support for an EXTERNAL_SCRIPTS directory, to complement the
EXTERNAL_APPS option. It allows external apps to install scripts in
ROMFS

px4dev 1e59a592a6 Split the parameter load/save commands out of the 'eeprom' command, since that's not really the obvious place for them. Add parameter printing functionality (though, it's a mess due to %f being busted)
Update the script examples to use the new command.

px4dev 67e0f8b179 Rework the mixer architecture based on discussions about arbitrary geometry mixing and plugins.
Now the mixer is a C++ library that can be fairly easily bolted into an output driver to provide mixing services.

Teach the FMU driver how to use it as an example.  More testing is still required.
