Andrew Tridgell ea51aea2e5 hwdef: removed most CAN_APP_NODE_NAME defines 
both bootloader and AP_Periph now default to
"org.ardupilot.BOARD_NAME". This makes it much easier to find the
right firmware for update

use min of 0xA00 for AP_Periph. A larger stack is needed for parameter
