Rate I terms reset in Acro Mode switch
Limit of 1 m set to alt hold
Reset circle angle to 0 by default

d6ccffc71b ACM: don't set defaults in APM_Config.h

65fbeea6d1 DataFlash: cope with older dataflash chips 
some of the APM2 DataFlash cards use an older chip with only 4096
pages, and a density code of 6. Doug has one of these.
