rmackay9 a1f5661161 ArduCopter: restored gps test in CLI 
Added check so not enabled when using 1280.  Also fixed comments in other tests to explain the check for the 1280.

This reduces the compass's default authority over the yaw direction by half

Andrew Tridgell 8fab91e063 APM-nav: set NAV I value defaults to 0.1 
a small I value is good on most planes, so I think this is a better
default than 0. Thanks to Chris for asking about this.

Andrew Tridgell d11957718f MAVLink: removed the cpp part of the library 
this was preventing building MAVLink 1.0 with the arduino GUI as we
can't set cpp defines
