Andrew Tridgell 73672c90d1 HAL_SITL: added support for multicast UDP connections
this allows several copies of SITL to see each other on the same
network, emulating a mesh network, which is useful for swarm testing

Andrew Tridgell acf379cd77 autotest: allow sim_vehicle with valgrind to cope with new operator
this is needed for recent versions of valgrind. Without it valgrind
doesn't know that new clears memory

Matt 5d000613a5 Frame_params: Update Solo's required parameters
Adds Solo parameter files for  Copter 3.7 on both Cube Black and Cube
Green.  Updates the file names for the existing Solo Copter 3.6 and
Copter 3.5 parameter files.  The 3.7 files are now referenced by the
Solo's ChibiOS hwdef files.

this allows for much more accurate (and consistent) timestamping of GPS
messages where the protocol has a ITOW field.
