GCS_MAVLink: remove handling of PREFLIGHT_SET_SENSOR_OFFSETS
...
This was the old offboard-calibration code.
We've checked MAVProxy, QGC and MissionPlanner and they're not using this code.
The onboard calibration stuff is better.
