px4dev 8fcbb4f669 Merge SDIO changes and hack config to make it work. 
We need to resolve the DMA-safe memory allocation story, but until then let's disable the CCM. We still have as much RAM as the v1.x boards in this mode.

Detect the case where PX4_BASE contains spaces and stop before we cause any more damage.

Call sub-makes with -r to improve startup time.

px4dev 7e8d8f9e72 Call sub-makes with -r to make them start faster (mostly on Windows, where this inhibits an enormous amount of silly scanning for things). 
Force non-parallel builds for the NuttX archives.
