yaapu 7e9458b53a AP_RCProtocol: fport2 fixes
Fixed 16ch fport2 telemetry and enabled bidir support.
Fixed 24ch fport2, had to disable telemetry on 24ch for timing is too tight and telemetry would be unreliable.
