this ensures we don't try to send more data to a uart than is
available in the tx buffer

Peter Barker 9273ac3631 GCS_MAVLink: pragma away address-of-packed-member 
g++-9 throws a lot of warnings for taking addresses of packed members.
We can have this warning for our ArduPilot code, but there's way too
many issues within MAVLink to put up with.

Gustavo Jose de Sousa d7a2ef3e35 GCS_MAVLink: standardize inclusion of libaries headers 
This commit changes the way libraries headers are included in source files:

 - If the header is in the same directory the source belongs to, so the
 notation '#include ""' is used with the path relative to the directory
 containing the source.

 - If the header is outside the directory containing the source, then we use
 the notation '#include <>' with the path relative to libraries folder.

Some of the advantages of such approach:

 - Only one search path for libraries headers.

 - OSs like Windows may have a better lookup time.

* I mostly went through with grep and added an #include <AP_Param.h> below
  every #include <AP_Common.h>. Not all of these example sketches might
  strictly need AP_Param.

Andrew Tridgell 15abc784ec MAVLink: use a smaller maximum payload to reduce memory 
this limits the sizes of the MAVLink buffers. It doesn't make a big
difference now, but it will matter when we update to the latest
mavlink code which has some very large packets
