J.R. Bronkar 6ffdfd9f48 ArduSub: fractional Loiter Turn Support 
Adds special storage handling for loiter turns. Fractional Loiter
Turns 0<N<1 are stored by multiplying the turn number by 256, then
dividing that number by 256 on retrieval.

Peter Barker f064dcd902 ArduSub: pass mavlink_message_t to handle_command_*_packet 
the "special case" blocks are getting longer and longer.  Merge the switch statements for the command type to be handled by passing around the message.

Peter Barker 90f41c72f4 ArduSub: avoid using struct Location 
clang reports this could be a problem when compiling under some EABIs.  Remove it from most places as it is just noise, replace with class where we want to avoid including Location.h

Peter Barker 076deb4d97 ArduSub: code-generate chan-fetching methods 
A recent PR had to change every single one of these methods, which was kind of unfortunate.

So generate the methods using a #define so the duplication happens at preprocessor-time.

Willian Galvani 232083c4d2 Sub: update baro calibration even if armed 
This is harmless and prevents a "bounce-back" effect when the depth
is badly calibrated. This can happen when rebooting the vehicle underwater
without a proper depth calibration.
