Shiv Tyagi a24a8c110b SRV_Channel : Improved should_e_stop method by using switch 
This method earlier used >=, <= and == operators which is less maintainable. Hence, I replaced it by switch.

we were getting some uninitialised variables. While it only showed up in
AP_SbusOut, it means we can't be sure it won't happen on other objects,
so safest to remove the approach
