James Goppert 0283b8c695 Added battery monitoring, arming to apo.
Arming added for quadrotor. Need to add to rover still. Battery
monitoring added with auto shut-off in quadrotor controller.
Finally split apo header and source files to allow faster
compiling/ fix cyclic header inclusions.

Andrew Tridgell 661b6c4508 merged the GCS updates from ArduPlane to ArduCopter
this removes all the non-MAVLink GCS options, and simplifies the HIL
and GCS code a lot. It also adds async sending of low priority GCS
text messages.
