uLanding was using a specific protocol in serial manager, but that's not needed and would break following work
As previously, baudrate is hardcoded

Andrew Tridgell ffced7d591 AP_RangeFinder: removed create() method for objects 
See discussion here:

  https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot/issues/7331

we were getting some uninitialised variables. While it only showed up in
AP_SbusOut, it means we can't be sure it won't happen on other objects,
so safest to remove the approach

When falling through on a case switch, allow to add an empty statement
with the correct attribute to tell the compiler this behavior is
intended.
