Gregory P. Smith daa4c6b2e6 one more test fix for systems without select.poll. tested by deleting 
select.poll before running.  works both ways (finally).  this should
fix the windows build.

Hynek Schlawack c2d481fbcd #15238: Fix xattr related shutil.copystat tests

Should make Fedora buildbot green again.

Gregory P. Smith 7c6309c6af Update the embedded copy of the expat XML parser to 2.1.0. It brings 
with it a vareity of bug fixes, both security and behavior.  See
http://www.libexpat.org/ for the list.

NOTE: I already backported the expat hash randomization fix in March.

Fixes issue #14340.
