Brett Cannon 28d108893c compileall used the ctime of bytecode and source to determine if the bytecode
should be recreated. This created a timing hole. Fixed by just doing what
import does; check the mtime and magic number.

Neil Schemenauer 92c3b2190b Issue #999042: The Python compiler now handles explict global statements
correctly (should be assigned using STORE_GLOBAL opcode).  This was done by
having the system table differentiate between explict and implicit globals.

Antoine Pitrou e741cc607c Issue #5008: When a file is opened in append mode with the new IO library,
do an explicit seek to the end of file (so that e.g. tell() returns the
file size rather than 0). This is consistent with the behaviour of the
traditional 2.x file object.

Antoine Pitrou e96d4ea4e2 Issue #1180193: When importing a module from a .pyc (or .pyo) file with
an existing .py counterpart, override the co_filename attributes of all
code objects if the original filename is obsolete (which can happen if the
file has been renamed, moved, or if it is accessed through different paths).

Mark Dickinson 4c96fa5525 Issues #3167, #3682: tests for math.log and math.log10 were failing on
Solaris and OpenBSD.  Fix this by handling special values and domain
errors directly in mathmodule.c, passing only positive nonspecial floats
to the system log/log10.

Amaury Forgeot d'Arc 322656596a Fixed issue #4233.
Changed semantic of _fileio.FileIO's close()  method on file objects with closefd=False.
The file descriptor is still kept open but the file object behaves like a closed file.
The FileIO  object also got a new readonly attribute closefd.
