091d3e042b autotest: make dataflash-over-mavlink test more accomodating
Saw <100kB/s on autotest server, so can't look for minimum 100kB/s.

Also fixed disarmed-at-end-of-test

8984a8fa85 HAL_SITL: pre-fill stack on each loop with NaN
this allows us to catch use of uninitialised stack variables in SITL
without having valgrind running
