Put the NASM pulled from svn.python.org at the front of the PATH.

This will prevent failures from the version of NASM installed on buildbots,
if the ability to override the version used is desired again later, we can
figure out a way to opt in.

Fix up PCbuild/readme.txt a bit.

Removes an incorrect assertion (that the build script will choose the
latest OpenSSL sources it can find), fixes NASM's homepage, and
rewords the section about NASM to make it more clear that you don't
have to install your own.

On Windows, ctypes does no longer check the stack before and after

calling a foreign function. This allows to use the unmodified libffi
library.
Remove most files from _ctypes/libffi_msvc, only two include files
stay (updated from _ctypes/libffi/...). Other files are used in the
cross-platform _ctypes/libffi directory.

* PyCObject_AsVoidPtr() can now open capsules. This addresses
most of the remaining backwards-compatibility concerns about
the conversion of Python 2.7 from CObjects to capsules.
* CObjects were marked Pending Deprecation.
* Documentation about this pending deprecation was added to
cobject.h.
* The capsule source files were added to the legacy PC build
processes.

Initial commit of work pertaining to switching the Windows build from Berkeley DB 4.4.20 to 4.7.25. Note that I've deprecated the standalone '_bsddb44.vcproj' in lieu of adding the sources in a separate folder to the _bsddb project. This was a conscious decision and actually makes everything far more easier to manage. With this approach, entire test suite passed straight off the bat. Well, almost -- the timeout in bsddb/test/test_replication.py needed bumping up a little -- 2 seconds was too short. 10 seconds seems to be fine for me, but I'll make sure Jesus verifies.
