If tested as '__main__' instead 'decimal', the tracebacks would
abbreviate 'decimal.Inexact' as 'Inexact', breaking the doctests.

(instances of int, float, complex, decimal.Decimal and
fractions.Fraction) that makes it easy to maintain the invariant that
hash(x) == hash(y) whenever x and y have equal value.

which the signals should be handled. In many cases this order wasn't

module when the openssl version is too old to support them. That
