Michael Hudson correctly pointed out we should cvsignore pyconfig.h, not
config.h (anymore). People will still have to delete config.h from their
source trees manually :)

Acknowledge the existence of the 'platform' file, generated by the
Makefile and used by the setup.py script. Ignore it in .cvsignore;
remove it in "make clobber".
