Change "\renewcommand{\indexsubitem}{(...)}" to "\setindexsubitem{(...)}"
everywhere.

Give in to Mike Meyer -- add *both* lib/python1.5/packages and

lib/site-python to the path (if they exist). This is a reasonable
compromise.
