bpo-32303 - Consistency fixes for namespace loaders (GH-5481) (#5503)
* Make sure ``__spec__.loader`` matches ``__loader__`` for namespace packages.
* Make sure ``__spec__.origin` matches ``__file__`` for namespace packages.
