Issue #6629: Fix a data corruption issue in the new `io` package, which could
occur when writing to a BufferedRandom object (e.g. a file opened in "rb+" or
"wb+" mode) after having buffered a certain amount of data for reading. This
bug was not present in the pure Python implementation.
Yes, this is a serious issue.

Fix nearly all compilation warnings under Apple gcc-4.0. Tested with OPT="-g
-Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -Werror" in both --with-pydebug mode and --without.
There's still a batch of non-prototype warnings in Xlib.h that I don't know how
to fix.

Allow multiple context managers in one with statement, as proposed
in http://codereview.appspot.com/53094 and accepted by Guido.
The construct is transformed into multiple With AST nodes so that
there should be no problems with the semantics.

Issue #1309352: fcntl now converts its third arguments to a C `long` rather
than an int, which makes some operations possible under 64-bit Linux (e.g.
