For Visual C++ 5.x (Developer Studio) the instructions are somewhat
different again. Three project files (*.dsp) and a workspace file
(pcbuild.dsw) are provided in the subdirectory vc5x. (These are the
same three subprojects as discussed for VC++ 4.x.)
