Made all list methods use PyArg_ParseTuple(), for more accurate

diagnostics.

*** INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: This changes append(), remove(), index(), and
*** count() to require exactly one argument -- previously, multiple
*** arguments were silently assumed to be a tuple.
