* new module from Sjoerd: sv (svgen.py, svmodule.c.proto).
* new files thread.{c,h} (from Sjoerd).
* new xxmodule.c (example only).
* myselect.h: bzero -> memset
* select.c: bzero -> memset; removed global variable
