Subject: [PATCH 070/352] rt: Provide PREEMPT_RT_BASE config switch
|

Introduce PREEMPT_RT_BASE which enables parts of
|
|
PREEMPT_RT_FULL. Forces interrupt threading and enables some of the RT
|
|
substitutions for testing.
|
