VTOL configs: reset TECS gains to default
There have been substantial TECS changes lately, and the config files for custom VTOLs have not been updated since a long time. I would thus rather use the default TECS gains for lightly maintained configs. Signed-off-by: Silvan Fuhrer <silvan@auterion.com>
