Lucas De Marchi 4d3229daa2 AP_Baro: remove check for HAL_CPU_CLASS
We don't support HAL_CPU_CLASS <= HAL_CPU_CLASS_16 anymore. This makes
BARO_MAX_INSTANCES and BARO_MAX_DRIVERS constant for all supported
boards.
