54a4a78795 AP_Common: do not include version.h/ap_version.h 
The interface provided by each vehicle should be used to get the
version.

370e10281b AP_Common: AP_FWVersion: add pointers to git hash strings 
Keeping the hash strings on this struct allow to handle them
the same way on common code and remove ifdefs.
