Replace <ctype.h> locale dependent functions with Python "pyctype.h" locale independent functions: * Replace isalpha() with Py_ISALPHA(). * Replace isdigit() with Py_ISDIGIT(). * Replace isxdigit() with Py_ISXDIGIT(). * Replace tolower() with Py_TOLOWER().
