imports e.g. test_support must do so using an absolute package name
such as "import test.test_support" or "from test import test_support".
This also updates the README in Lib/test, and gets rid of the
duplicate data dirctory in Lib/test/data (replaced by
Lib/email/test/data).
Now Tim and Jack can have at it. :)

suite will also perform its tests in optimization mode.

There is a minor style issue involved: Guido seems to have preferred English
grammar (behaviour, honour) in a couple places. This patch changes that to
American, which is the more prominent style in the source. I prefer English
myself, so if English is preferred, I'd be happy to supply a patch myself ;)
the imagefiles and converting tham to a format suitable for imageop. Also
added two more tests 'rgb2rgb8' and 'rgb82rgb' which remove the dependence
on the file 'greytest.rgb'.
Note: test_imgfile.py still uses 'greytest.rgb'
