Jack Jansen 40775bafab Split aepack and aetypes off from aetools (it was getting too big) 
Added support for all basic types mentioned in Apple Event Registry
Added support for automatically-generated suites.

Barry Warsaw e64bfee412 (py-process-filter): if command takes a long time, input typed before 
the next prompt could end up in the middle of the line, instead of
after it.  Fix given by klm@nist.gov.
