The Python test suite now fails wit exit code 4 if no tests ran. It
should help detecting typos in test names and test methods.
* Add "EXITCODE_" constants to Lib/test/libregrtest/main.py.
* Fix a typo: "NO TEST RUN" becomes "NO TESTS RAN"
* As most of `test_embed` now uses `Py_InitializeFromConfig`, add
a specific test case to cover `Py_Initialize` (and `Py_InitializeEx`)
* Rename `_testembed` init helper to clarify the API used
* Add a `PyConfig_Clear` call in `Py_InitializeEx` to make
the code more obviously correct (it already didn't leak as
none of the dynamically allocated config fields were being
populated, but it's clearer if the wrappers follow the
documented API usage guidelines)
On Windows, when the Python test suite is run with the -jN option,
the ANSI code page is now used as the encoding for the stdout
temporary file, rather than using UTF-8 which can lead to decoding
errors.

find_unused_port() has an inherent race condition, but we can't use
bind_port() as that uses .getsockname() which this test is exercising.
Try binding to unused ports a few times before failing.

Adds a regression test for an re slowdown observed by rjsmin.
Uses multiprocessing to kill the test after SHORT_TIMEOUT.

This change does three things:
1. Extract a function for trapping output in subprocesses.
2. Emit both stdout and stderr when encountering an error.
3. Apply the change to `ensurepip._uninstall` check.
test_asyncio, test_logging, test_socket and test_socketserver now
create AF_UNIX domains in the current directory to no longer fail
with OSError("AF_UNIX path too long") if the temporary directory (the
TMPDIR environment variable) is too long.
Modify the following tests to use create_unix_domain_name():
* test_asyncio
* test_logging
* test_socket
* test_socketserver
test_asyncio.utils: remove unused time import.
regrtest now also implements checking for leaked temporary files and
directories when using -jN for N >= 2. Use tempfile.mkdtemp() to
create the temporary directory. Skip this check on WASI.
* Fix test_concurrent_futures to actually test what it says.
Many ProcessPoolExecutor based tests were ignoring the mp_context
and using the default instead. This meant we lacked proper test
coverage of all of them.
Also removes the old _prime_executor() worker delay seeding code
as it appears to have no point and causes 20-30 seconds extra
latency on this already long test. It also interfered with some
of the refactoring to fix the above to not needlessly create their
own executor when setUp has already created an appropriate one.
* Don't import the name from multiprocessing directly to avoid confusion.
