Antoine Pitrou eeb7eea1f9 Issue #12911: Fix memory consumption when calculating the repr() of huge tuples or lists. 
This introduces a small private API for this common pattern.
The issue has been discovered thanks to Martin's huge-mem buildbot.

Antoine Pitrou 1e44fecc52 Issue #13087: BufferedReader.seek() now always raises UnsupportedOperation 
if the underlying raw stream is unseekable, even if the seek could be
satisfied using the internal buffer.  Patch by John O'Connor.

Victor Stinner 53ffdc53bf Issue #7732: Don't open a directory as a file anymore while importing a 
module. Ignore the direcotry if its name matchs the module name (e.g.
"__init__.py") and raise a ImportError instead.

Lars Gustäbel 2e7ddd374b Issue #12841: Fix tarfile extraction of non-existent uids/gids. 
tarfile unnecessarily checked the existence of numerical user and group ids on
extraction. If one of them did not exist the respective id of the current user
(i.e. root) was used for the file and ownership information was lost. (Patch
by Sebastien Luttringer)

Éric Araujo cfbd630a27 Warn instead of crashing because of invalid path in MANIFEST.in (#8286). 
sdist used to crash with a full traceback dump instead of printing a
nice warning with the faulty line number.

Nadeem Vawda 524148ad7a Issue #12839: Fix crash in zlib module due to version mismatch. 
If the version of zlib used to compile the zlib module is incompatible
with the one that is actually linked in, then calls into zlib will fail.
This can leave attributes of the z_stream uninitialized, so we must take
care to avoid segfaulting by trying to use an invalid pointer.
