failure when the test is ran the second time.

The root attribute was set in parent class in setUpClass and then
overridded in child class in tearDownClass.

Martin Panter 7462b64911 Issue #25523: Correct "a" article to "an" article 
This changes the main documentation, doc strings, source code comments, and a
couple error messages in the test suite. In some cases the word was removed
or edited some other way to fix the grammar.

Zachary Ware 7dc9dea778 Issue #20035: Reimplement tkinter._fix module as a C function.

Brett Cannon f299abdafa Issue #23731: Implement PEP 488. 
The concept of .pyo files no longer exists. Now .pyc files have an
optional `opt-` tag which specifies if any extra optimizations beyond
the peepholer were applied.

returns bool.  tkinter.BooleanVar now validates input values (accepted bool,
int, str, and Tcl_Obj).  tkinter.BooleanVar.get() now always returns bool.

Serhiy Storchaka 0f032a0456 Always handle non-handled events before destoying root widget in tests. 
This gets rid of  Tcl warnings when they are handled later when the root is
already destroyed.

Serhiy Storchaka 66106626ed Issue #22236: Tkinter tests now don't reuse default root window. New root 
window is created for every test class.

Fixed Tkinter images copying operations in NoDefaultRoot mode.

Tcl command names generated for "after" callbacks now contains a name of
original function.
