Antoine Pitrou 551ba20e8e Issue #13188: When called without an explicit traceback argument, 
generator.throw() now gets the traceback from the passed exception's

Antoine Pitrou eeb7eea1f9 Issue #12911: Fix memory consumption when calculating the repr() of huge tuples or lists. 
This introduces a small private API for this common pattern.
The issue has been discovered thanks to Martin's huge-mem buildbot.

Antoine Pitrou 84f1b1718d Issue #12149: Update the method cache after a type's dictionnary gets 
cleared by the garbage collector.  This fixes a segfault when an instance
and its type get caught in a reference cycle, and the instance's
deallocator calls one of the methods on the type (e.g. when subclassing
IOBase).

Diagnosis and patch by Davide Rizzo.

anymore.  Fix a crash if a class override its __class__ attribute (e.g. a proxy
