Antoine Pitrou 85f4615500 Issue #10916: mmap should not segfault when a file is mapped using 0 as 
length and a non-zero offset, and an attempt to read past the end of file
is made (IndexError is raised instead).  Patch by Ross Lagerwall.

Antoine Pitrou 6a002c02da Fix the GIL with subinterpreters. Hopefully this will allow mod_wsgi to work with 3.2.

Victor Stinner 5c23b8e6ea Issue #4953: cgi.FieldStorage and cgi.parse() parse the request as bytes, not 
as unicode, and accept binary files. Add encoding and errors attributes to
