Fred Drake 2f31d561d5 Clarify that copy_reg.pickle() is not intended for use with "classic" classes.
This was stated before, but a minor grammatical error made it difficult to be
sure of the meaning.
This closes SF bug #530143.

Fred Drake d275de985a Remove obsolete lines like this:
\setindexsubitem{(in module frobnitz)}

These are no longer needed when present before any other \setindexsubitem{}
in the module section. The indexsubitem is now set by \bimodindex and
\stmodindex.

Fred Drake 1947991c2f Remove all \bcode / \ecode cruft; this is no longer needed. See previous
checkin of myformat.sty.

Change "\renewcommand{\indexsubitem}{(...)}" to "\setindexsubitem{(...)}"
everywhere.

Some other minor nits that I happened to come across.

Fred Drake 1abf0df5b4 Simple documentation of the copy_reg module.
Guido, you should probably look at this. The pickle documentation is out of
date; I don't see anything about the __reduce__() stuff or the
__safe_for_unpickling__ attribute.
