gh-118846: Fix free-threading test failures when run sequentially (#118864)
The free-threaded build currently immortalizes some objects once the
first thread is started. This can lead to test failures depending on the
order in which tests are run. This PR addresses those failures by
suppressing immortalization or skipping the affected tests.

bpo-43413: Fix handling keyword arguments in subclasses of some buitin classes (GH-26456)
* Constructors of subclasses of some buitin classes (e.g. tuple, list,
  frozenset) no longer accept arbitrary keyword arguments.
* Subclass of set can now define a __new__() method with additional
  keyword parameters without overriding also __init__().

bpo-37648: Fixed minor inconsistency in some __contains__. (GH-14904)
The collection's item is now always at the left and
the needle is on the right of ==.

Zackery Spytz 14514d9084 bpo-36946: Fix possible signed integer overflow when handling slices. (GH-13375)
The final addition (cur += step) may overflow, so use size_t for "cur".
"cur" is always positive (even for negative steps), so it is safe to use
size_t here.

  Merge from py3k branch:
  Correction for issue1265 (pdb bug with "with" statement).

  When an unfinished generator-iterator is garbage collected, PyEval_EvalFrameEx
  is called with a GeneratorExit exception set. This leads to funny results
  if the sys.settrace function itself makes use of generators.
  A visible effect is that the settrace function is reset to None.
  Another is that the eventual "finally" block of the generator is not called.

  It is necessary to save/restore the exception around the call to the trace
  function.

  This happens a lot with py3k: isinstance() of an ABCMeta instance runs
      def __instancecheck__(cls, instance):
          """Override for isinstance(instance, cls)."""
          return any(cls.__subclasscheck__(c)
                     for c in {instance.__class__, type(instance)})
  which lets an opened generator expression each time it returns True.

  Backport candidate, even if the case is less frequent in 2.5.

  A patch from issue 1378 by roudkerk:

  Currently on Windows set_error() make use of a large array which maps
  socket error numbers to error messages.

  This patch removes that array and just lets PyErr_SetExcFromWindowsErr()
  generate the message by using the Win32 function FormatMessage().
