Guido van Rossum 8586991099 REMOVED all CWI, CNRI and BeOpen copyright markings.
This should match the situation in the 1.6b1 tree.

Thomas Wouters f3f33dcf03 Bunch of minor ANSIfications: 'void initfunc()' -> 'void initfunc(void)',
and a couple of functions that were missed in the previous batches. Not
terribly tested, but very carefully scrutinized, three times.

All these were found by the little findkrc.py that I posted to python-dev,
which means there might be more lurking. Cases such as this:

long
func(a, b)
	long a;
	long b; /* flagword */
{

and other cases where the last ; in the argument list isn't followed by a
newline and an opening curly bracket. Regexps to catch all are welcome, of
course ;)

Peter Schneider-Kamp 6a85027a97 ANSI-fication of the SGI modules (note that svmodule.c and sgimodule.c
have already been checked in)

UNTESTED!

Guido van Rossum 89733a8bd6 Check in the changed version after running the stubber again -- this
solves the conflict with curses over the 'clear' entry point much
nicer. (Jack had checked in the changes to cstubs eons ago, but I
never regenrated glmodule.c :-( )

Guido van Rossum dfed920e51 Hm. What was previously checked in was the edited *output* of the old
cgen.py. Now that cgen.py and cstubs have been quickly renamed, check
in the actual output. This has some "old-style" names left in
(getilongarg etc.) but these are now take care of by macros in
cgensupport.h (which is now specific to glmodule.c).

Roger E. Masse fbd1d74286 Renamed.
However: "cgensupport.h" is still present... otherwise I get
	maaaany type errors... not sure if this needs more attention.
