Thomas Wouters	f8316638af	Rob W. W. Hooft's spelling fixes for the Library Reference. I hope ... SourceForge doesn't choke on this batch :-) I'm not entirely sure this is 100% correct. The patch changes an \index{persistency} to \index{presistence}, and I don't know what \index{} does. Fred Drake	d03e9e34de	Don't point readers to rand, point to random! And make it a hyperlink ... while you're at it. Also, when discussing order of reading, make it clear that chapter 2 is assumed background material for the remainder of the manual.
