Fix test_distutils to not fail when running 'make test' from a Python build
directory that is not the source directory (ie, one created using
'/path/to/source/configure'.) Leaves this test very slightly degraded in
that particular case, compared to the build-in-sourcedir case, but that case
isn't a particularly strong test either: neither test the actual path that
will be used after installing. There isn't a particularly good way to test
this, and a poor test beats a failing test.

The correction somewhat improves the code, but it was close.
Many thanks to the "with" construct, which turns python code into C calls.
I wonder if it is not better to sys.settrace(None) just after

Prevent test_sqlite from hanging on older versions of sqlite.
The problem is that when trying to do the second insert, sqlite seems to sleep
for a very long time. Here is the output from strace:
read(6, "SQLite format 3\0\4\0\1\1\0@ \0\0\0\1\0\0\0\0"..., 1024) = 1024
nanosleep({4294, 966296000}, <unfinished ...>
I don't know which version this was fixed in, but 3.2.1 definitely fails.

I had to fix a few tests and modules beyond what Christian did, and
invent a few conventions. E.g. in elementtree, I chose to
write/return Unicode strings whe no encoding is given, but bytes when
an explicit encoding is given. Also mimetools was made to always
assume binary files.

Different versions of Berkeley DB handle this differently.
The comments and bug report should have the details. Memory is allocated
in 4.4 (and presumably earlier), but not in 4.5. Thus
4.5 has the free error, but not earlier versions.

This fix was already applied to the 2.5 branch.

Move the collections ABCs to a separate file, _abcoll.py, in order to avoid
needing to import _collections.so during the bootstrap (this will become
apparent in the next submit of os.py).
Add (plain and mutable) ABCs for Set, Mapping, Sequence.

Change all occurrences of super(<thisclass>, <firstarg>) to super().
Seems to have worked, all the tests still pass.
Exception: test_descr and test_descrtut, which have tons of these
and are there to test the various usages.

There's one major and one minor category still unfixed:
doctests are the major category (and I hope to be able to augment the
refactoring tool to refactor bona fide doctests soon);
other code generating print statements in strings is the minor category.
(Oh, and I don't know if the compiler package works.)
scripts without modifying either the distutils installation or the
setup.py scripts of packages with which the new commands will be used.
Specifically, an option is added to distutils that allows additional
packages to be searched for command implementations in addition to
distutils.command. The additional packages can be specified on the
command line or via the installation or personal configuration files
already loaded by distutils.
