Gregory P. Smith b396a2ab49 Add conditional code for android's lack of definition of SYS_getdent64. 
Fixes issue20307.  No Misc/NEWS entry because frankly this is an
esoteric platform for anyone to be figuring out how to cross compile
CPython for.

Antoine Pitrou 39b7fce82d Issue #21015: SSL contexts will now automatically select an elliptic curve for ECDH key exchange on OpenSSL 1.0.2 and later, and otherwise default to "prime256v1". 
(should also fix a buildbot failure introduced by #20995)

index.  This avoids the possibility of setting an iterator to an invalid
state.

Victor Stinner 3c1b379ebd Issue #20320: select.select() and select.kqueue.control() now round the timeout 
aways from zero, instead of rounding towards zero.

It should make test_asyncio more reliable, especially test_timeout_rounding() test.
