Update and enhance python-gdb.py
Issue #29259: * Detect PyCFunction is the current frame, not only in the older frame * Ignore PyCFunction_Call() since it now calls _PyCFunction_FastCallDict(), and _PyCFunction_FastCallDict() is already detected
