Clear associated breakpoints when closing an edit window.
M Debugger.py : Added clear_file_breaks() M EditorWindow.py : Clear breaks when closed, commments->docstrings, comment out some debugging print statements M PyShell.py : comments->docstrings ; clarify extending EditorWindow methods.
