Positional arguments with :ref:`nargs` equal to ``'*'`` or
:data:`!argparse.REMAINDER` are no longer required. This allows to use
positional argument with ``nargs='*'`` and without ``default`` in mutually
exclusive group and improves error message about required arguments.
