Andrew Tridgell 98fa9454ed HAL_ChibiOS: disable USART6_TX on fmuv5 
this prevents it acting as a pullup on SBUS input for Pixhawk4. Thanks
to David Sidrane for the suggestion.

This also enables the extra 3 PWMs for PH4-mini
